20% of Decoded Studios' profit

Our wholly owned studio builds for every venture, funded by a fee for each person working across the portfolio. Recurring income that grows as the portfolio does.

3Carry and equity

A share of every fund's returns

20% of Decoded's carry from the Catalyst and Ignition funds, paid after investors clear an 8% preferred return, plus 20% of our direct stakes in the portfolio.
